Booking Confirmation

All event bookings are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.

Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels the project after confirmation, cancellation charges may apply depending on the work already completed and resources allocated.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Service cancellation approved by our management
  • Inability to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances from our side

Non Refundable Services

The following services are generally non refundable after work has started:

  • Wedding Planning Services
  • Award Show Event Management
  • Exhibition and Trade Show Setup
  • Branding and Fabrication Work
  • Manpower Services once staff allocation is completed
  • Hospitality management arrangements after confirmation

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original payment method.
